1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 449bit online gaming platform ("449bit", "we", "us") and the registered user ("you", "player", "member").

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account secure. Keep your login details confidential and use a strong password. If unauthorised access to your account occurs or you forget your password, contact us immediately via live chat.

3.2 Single Account Ownership

Only one account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account may be marked as inactive after 12 consecutive months of no activity. You will be informed in advance by email of the rules that apply to inactive accounts.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following conditions apply when depositing funds at 449bit:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.

• Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on 449bit are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

449bit offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before any bonus can be withdrawn. This means multiplying the bonus amount by 25 gives the total amount that must be wagered. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which are detailed on the promotions page.
• The same promotion cannot be used more than once.
• In cases of bonus abuse, 449bit reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Under the VIP programme, weekly cashback can be earned across five tiers from Bronze to Diamond.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

449bit is committed to ensuring fair play. Our games are powered by technology from accredited software providers, using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that determines each outcome in an unpredictable manner.

6.2 Technical Errors

If the outcome of a game is affected by a technical error or server disruption, the round in question will be declared void and the wager will be refunded. Any winnings resulting from a technical error are not valid claims.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Artificially manipulating the bonus system or abusing bonuses.

• Making fraudulent chargeback claims.

If 449bit detects such activities, it reserves the right to immediately close the account in question and, where applicable, take legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Acknowledgement of Financial Risk

Online gaming carries financial risk. By participating on 449bit, you acknowledge that you are playing of your own free will and with full awareness of the risks involved. 449bit is not responsible in any way for money lost through betting or gaming.

8.2 Service Disruption

449bit will not be liable for any temporary suspension of service due to technical problems, maintenance, cyber attacks or any cause beyond our control. However, in such situations, we will endeavour to provide appropriate assistance to affected players.

8.3 Third-Party Services

449bit relies on third-party payment systems, game providers and other technology partners. 449bit is not directly liable for any disruption to the services of these third parties.

10. Account Closure

10.1 Closure at the User's Request

10.2 Closure by the Platform

449bit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• A clear breach of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or deception.

• An instruction from a legal authority.

11. Dispute Resolution
